About Dalesman

There’s more to Country Publications Limited than Dalesman magazine. As well as Dalesman, Cumbria, Countryman and Down Your Way, we have always had a superb reputation for publishing a range of quality books and calendars.

We were delighted to acquire the Smith Settle publishing imprint in February 2003. As a result we are proud to hold the largest collection of northern interest publications in the marketplace, allowing us to provide an even wider range of books for all who have a special affection for our region. Orders

Orders are welcomed from both existing and new customers. You can order any Dalesman product direct from us. Alternatively, major book wholesalers stock a wide range of our titles.

Point of Sale material

Magazines: We have A4 posters, shelf stickers and till wobblers for each of our four monthly magazines, Dalesman, Cumbria, Countryman and Down Your Way. Also available for magazine display is the Bartuf perspex double-face parasite rack unit. The display unit holds two full facings of any of our range of magazines (or three facings overlapped). Designed by Bartuf and constructed of robust perspex, these units will not only provide you with extra magazine space on your existing Bartuf or Cleerex racking, but will also improve the display of your Dalesman products. This unit is free to retailers – telephone or email us to request one.
